Doesn’t have texture, taste or enjoyability of a cracker!
On the Pro side: The product appears to use quality ingredients. The product is packaged sufficiently and nicely. Appeals to those who seek a natural/healthy lifestyle.
Cons: It’s chewy and the anti-cracker!
The small seeds get stuck in my teeth & gums and it’s so dry that it even sits on my tongue a bit until I get a drink of water. My biggest complaint is that it’s not tasty at all and I only finished the bag because it was $4.27 for about the same size of a miniature one-serving bag of chips that sometimes are 4/$1 at the Supermarket!
You might as well just buy a bag of flaxseed for less and put it on top of your yogurt to enjoy a better taste for far less money!!!

Pepper Spray
Gives me peace of mind feeling protected should a stray dog or wild animal try to attack me during my long walk/jog nearby my house in a rural area. Won't know how effective the product is until I actually use it, but I hope I don't need to use it...
