  I received this tablet yesterday and while it looks to be in great condition, I can't access it because it requires a security code which the seller didn't provide. I contacted the seller yesterday and will delete this negative review if/when the issue is resolved. if this is an open box, new item, why would there be a security code on it? it doesn't make sense unless it was used because someone had to have set the security code. ugh.

  please disregard the negative feedback...the seller got back to me immediately to say that he had sold over 60 similar products and mine was the only one with this issue. he took my return and provided a refund right away. I bought another Samsung Galaxy Tab A he listed and the transaction was smooth. unfortunately, ebay won't allow me to delete my negative feedback without the seller sending me the revision request. thank you bmac3c.
