Mixed feelings

I just bought this scanner received it last week and on day one it worked just awesome with just a few air balls. Now day 3 and not so good it’s a hit less then 50% of the time. Honestly I don’t know if it needs a update or if I’m using it incorrectly. Really need it to act as it did on day one but haven’t had minute to dive into said issue
