well written and very compelling.

Easy reading and exposes an utter disgrace, with the Post Office and government working together to hide the truth (very expensive for the taxpayer).

Jamie Hale makes the classic error, namely that it is all about calories in and calories out. A calorie is not a calorie.

The body is not a bomb calorimeter, so a calorie is not a calorie. A calorie eaten is definitely a calorie eaten but when it is metabolised then homeostasis intervened and so all calories are not equal plus the human body does not obey the laws of thermodynamics - it is not a closed system nor is it in equilibrium.
