Works as expected but Chinese made with quality concerns.
Product was delivered quickly but we were quickly disappointed to see it had been manufactured in China. It is the exact same lift as the non brand Chinese lifts with a increased price tag. The first problem we ran into was upon initial use, the screws that secure the guards onto the swing arms were too long and dug into the swing arm extensions preventing them from moving. A small problem but speaks volumes about the quality control of the product. It seems ok so far after a week or so of use but time will tell how durable it is. If we had known the ramp was a rebranded Chinese unit before ordering we would of ordered directly from the manufacturer and saved the added costs.

The reel gets stuck and often doesn’t retract. The fittings are also prone to leaks, this is the 2nd one we have bought and & the same issues are present. Not fit for regular use.

Very poor quality image, not worth installing. Replaced with another manufacturer and image is much clearer, definitely not HD as advertised.
