GREAT UPPER TEETH MOUTH GUARD
This mouth guard goes on the top teeth. Always bought one that goes on bottom because I gag. I panicked!
Put a little salt on tip of my tongue (stops gagging reflex) and fit it to the top teeth. I think it's better for teeerh grinders to wear on top. Protects teeth better. I'm so happy and relieved that I can finally wear this mouth guard on top because It Is Better that way. Easy peasy to cut, boil & fit. It was a mistake buying for top that turned out great; happy ending! Thank you. Bobbi R 🙋
