I returned the item and waited for 20 days before receiving a message saying that they had received my package and it is empty so they won’t refund me. What a bunch of absolute con artists! It’s a £15 part that doesn’t fit my car, I paid £3.70 to return so why would I not include it. Disgraceful company! Dispute opened!

It did not include the full tail light as shown in the picture and description. I requested a refund and the seller refused. The seller Arsen kept responding with “what is your VIN vehicle number. I refused to tell him as it is non of his concern what my VIN is. I had to get eBay involved to get my money back. I will not be doing business with this seller again. Good riddance to bad rubbish and Arsen.

My only gripe, I expected to receive 10 rivets as the listing states x2 8mm rivets, but I only received 5. I did not contact BMW to question this because of the low cost. *If x2 means one rivet then the description is misleading. Apart from this I am happy. Thank you.
