  I bought a DeWalt jigsaw, the listing stated it was well used but in working order. When it arrived it didn't work at all. it turned on but the jigsaw blade moved slowly and erratically. No offer to return it, just told me that replacement parts are easy to find. I opened it up and found that a bearing inside was broken. I informed the seller of this but they've now ignored my last two messages. £50 down the drain. Even if I do manage to fix it, it's not something I should have to be doing.
