Magellan Roadmate 360 GPS Receiver
I've used the 360 GPS and it's a very handy instrument to have at your disposal. It gets you where you want to go and if you make a wrong turn it will put you back on course to turn at the correct street, intersection, etc. A Road Atlas or Yahoo map won't do that for you. Wish I would have purchased one sooner. I purchased it after observing one in use by my friend and I had to have one for myself as I do make wrong turns at times. There's nothing I dislike so far. Again, it's a great piece of equipment to have in your arsenal of travel info/guidance.

SoClean Cleaner Mchine
Easy to use, doesn't require a lot of space. There is some odor to the mask when finished; however, letting your CPAP machine run 20-30 seconds will eliminate most of the odor.
