Brilliant with one minor drawback
1 of 1 found this helpful I was unsure about this product (magnesium spray) as a means of relieving cramp, but I found it to work very well and extremely quickly. The only downside is that it leaves the skin fealing a bit tacky after use but the tackiness can easily be removed with a wet flannel a few minutes after application of the spray has worked, which in my case seems to be almost instantaneous.
