MONACOR RBT-95
This is a very good planar ribbon (magnetostatic) tweeter, with a very flat response from about 3khz. I finally took the leap and replaced the dome tweeters in my Mission 701 speakers. I'm glad I did after reading so much positive feedback regarding ribbons and their derivatives. They are very light and accurate with lots of air and space in the stereo field, definitely a class above soft domes. I have them crossed 3rd order 18db/octave at 4.5 khz and they really sing. They are quite a bit more efficient than the dome tweeters that I replaced so I need to attenuate them by about 4db. I have ordered the resistors to make an LPad network that will do this, for now I've turned down the treble by quite a bit. Over all, well worth the effort and perfectly balanced for HD digital sources.

Honestly it should be £20, not a fiver.
This is the dog's B#$@^^&%$ of a windscreen mount! Don't look anywhere else. You won't be dissapointed. It's rock solid and built to last. Honestly it should be £20, not a fiver.
