Quality as expected from Morakniv.

Excellent pair of tools for carving, lightweight and compact without being flimsy. The sheath is bit bulkier than necessary, but I'll be fashioning myself a bespoke leather one so not really an issue. These are very sharp tools, so they do require protective sheaths to both protect the user and help them keep their edge, so I'd recommend either fashioning individual leather or Kydex sheaths, or simply wrapping them in a scrap of leather or cloth to keep them (and you) protected.

Recommended - although you'll need a big pack...

This is a lovely bag, and will do me throughout these chilly UK winters. It's bIgger than I thought and although the weight etc is accurate, it's by no means a 'lightweight' bag. It takes up quite a large space in my bag, so minimalist camping won't be an options with this. It is lovely and warn, and very comfortable. I've slept out with this and my bivvy in the Welsh Black Mountains and was very cozy. All in all I'd recommend.
