  Pants were described as brand new but there were marks on them not posted in the description. Can’t wear these pants to work with the blemishes so now I’m out $21

  When contacted, I agreed to refund the price of the pants, if returned at their expense (since I advertised No Refunds), in the same original condition. Buyer contacted me stating they removed all tags and washed the item. This unfortunately greatly affected the NWT price, and voided the terms we agreed upon. All pictures of the item showed item was in great unused condition.
