Met My Needs
4 of 4 found this helpful I had been using a company-issued laptop that had all the "bells and whistles", but it was heavy. Since we've gone to a virtual network, I decided to invest in my own laptop that I could connect to network and still use for my stuff. At 70+, I didn't want to invest a lot of money but wanted something that was dependable. After several days of searching and look at different brands, I decided on the surface laptop. Like all systems, there are learning curves, but I will figure it out.
So far, I haven’t been disappointed.

Functional At Best
1 of 1 found this helpful Had to re-attach bottom section that retains turntable ring. After placing in cabinet, turntable did not rotate very well, moving from side to side when attempting to rotate. Placed two strips of double sided tape to stabilize bottom. Lazy susan is now functional.
Need to improve quality of turntable ring.

Must Have For Dog Owners
Easy to use, strong suction, and with pivoting handle, easy to store right where you need it. Perfect work mate with a dry floor dust-mop (18" wide). I dust mop 3 bed rooms, hall, and living room - bring all dust and dog hair to one location. Pull out the Black n Decker and vacuum the mop head. I done!!!
