Replaces box of drills, countersinks, tapping size chart and set of taps, all in one small package
Not only is it more compact and economical, it is so much faster and more convenient to use. It particularly suits modern cordless drills with their torque control, gearbox and, infinitely variable speeds including reverse. I am guessing its a consumer version of a production tool. Normal care, including lubrication, must be taken when tapping, it being no less easy to break than a normal tap. For critical applications including thicker metal, tougher than mild steel, probably conventional sets of 3 taps are required. .

A good choice for an economical second hand camera
Originally I bought one new because of its 6x optical zoom.
Relative to latest cameras it is insensitive (long exposures in very dull daylight) which requires a very steady hand or for telephoto shots a tripod. Another disadvantage is the fixed viewing screen. A screen which folds out and rotates allows shots with the camera held above the head or down at ground level. Probably a feature of all medium and low cost cameras is a degree of barrel distortion in wide angle and macro (horizontal and vertical edges of the picture bow outwards. It can operate fully automatically or with a manually selected offset control over exposure. Its video recording seems poor by modern standards so it is best regarded as a stills camera.
Other than than that it is solid reliable camera giving good quality pictures. At around £30 second hand it is a good buy (but ensure the cable connecting the pc is included). Battery consumption is fairly high so an ideal solution is 8 x AA Nimh 2450mah rechargable batteries (4 in the camera, 4 charged spares in the camera bag). Its silver Tonka toy appearance lacks style or street cred but for value for money, reliability and 6x optical zoom its cheap as chips.
