Sony TX7
Have had most of Sony's T series cameras over the years. This TX-7 camera is by far the most advanced, and has a lot of features. I would highly recommend this camera, it is reasonably priced, and very reliable.

Very good timer
I have two of these already in my chicken coops to control lighting. They are easy to program, and have a battery backup on the memory, so I do not have to rest it after a power outage.
