Exceeded my expectations - AGAIN!!!
I have purchased and listened to the 10th, 20th, 30th, and now 40th Alligator Records compilations - they are ALL excellent!!! Alligator Records and Fat Possum Records are both great labels that promote REAL BLUES!!! If you are a big blues fan you will enjoy anything produced by these two labels. I often shop at thrift stores and garage sales for music and buy the artists on these labels because I KNOW the artists will be of high quality and varied backgrounds - I like all styles of blues and they are represented well here - JUST BUY IT!!!

A good history of live hits!
This collection has all kinds of little gems hidden in it - two notable hits is Garth performing "American Pie" with Don McLean. Memorable, a great live version of the song. Also duets with Huey Lewis and Billy Joel - a ton of Garth standards, a few surprises and alternate versions of popular songs. Over all an excellent value for under $2 per CD - Very happy with the quality and selections. If you want DVDs there are a few other "GB Greatest Hits" boxed sets out there to give you that. This is 10 full CDs of music, really good music!!!

Three letters: WOW!!!
This, like many Rhino products was well thought out and produced, the Whitney Houston track is excellent - caught in the prime of her career, with a full choir behind her she belts out a huge old standard. All three of these discs are great - HIGHLY RECCOMENDED!
