Fabulous
The author has already written a stunning book called Focusing, which I cannot recommend highly enough, a completely superb book. Now he has written Let your body interpret your dreams. This is a dream book of a totally different kind. Gone are the general interpretations for dreams (although he does give you a few examples, but this is not the main thrust of the book). With this amazing and highly effective technique you can find out your own personal meanings of dreams and bring to light, perhaps, problems you may have been experiencing for years, or looking at something that has been troubling you from a completely different angle. It is difficult to describe this technique as the text does require close reading, but if you have the patience to put this into practice the rewards are potentially immeasurable.
