Great value and works reasonably well, but with some shortcomings
Two of these were purchased as upgrades for older 4.5" Android 5.1 phones. The much bigger display on the phone works well - we set up larger text and a larger screen to make viewing without specs easier. The display isn't very bright, so viewing outdoors isn't so great., but otherwise the display is fine.
The built-in memory of 8GB is ok if you only have a few apps, but soon fills up if a number of apps are added. So we first tried adding a relatively slow micro-SD card first to one phone. This wouldn't be recognised as fast enough to allow it to store apps, so it was added as additional, removable memory and then worked ok for storing images..
For the second phone, a fast micro-SD card was added as internal memory. Some problems resulted with both the camera and WhatsApp not storing/opening images. Changing the memory back to removable type solved the problem, although the camera still complains occasionally about problems with saving images. It may have been related to Android 10 Go as this arrived pre-installed on one phone, with the other upgrading from 9 Go to 10 Go shortly after arriving.
Another niggle with Android 10 Go is the low volume of notifications, with no option to increase the volume. With Android 9 Go the notification volume followed the ringer volume so could be made loud.
The rear camera is autofocus and takes very good images outdoors as the light level is good. Images indoors or with the flash struggle with focus - it's seems to be off most of the time. The phone is poor in this respect.
Although there is only 1 GB of ram, which can result in delays as apps are loaded, for those who only make use of a few apps the phone responds reasonably quickly.
Battery life is easily more than 1 day with light use. In fact I find myself picking up the phone in preference to my computer for a quick check of news etc.
In summary - good value, good display though not very bright, good camera for outdoor shots but not indoors, reasonable performance if only a few apps are used, plus the phone looks smart, especially as the display makes use of a high percentage of the front panel. Not for the power user though! Some suggest it's better to buy a slightly more expensive phone, but this one was very cheap for what it does.

Does The Job and At A Great Price
3 of 3 found this helpful This must be one of the lowest cost cordless pole hedge trimmers on the market. I purchased it due to delivery problems with a more expensive product from another manufacturer and didn't have great expectations for such a low cost product. Delivery was less than 24 hours from order! First impressions of the hedge trimmer were of a solidly made product - no real signs of cost-cutting. Assembly is straightforward, though the instructions are a joke - whoever wrote them probably never put a trimmer together. The joining socket is stiff, especially when separating the two parts.
We used the trimmer to cut the top of 3 different species of tall trees at the height limit of the trimmer - no problem though it helps to have an assistant to direct operations.With a shorter length setting the trimmer usefully trims the sides of trees and hedges.
We were impressed with the performance of the trimmer with its 16mm cutting ability.
Battery lasted longer than we did as it's a bit tiring working on tall hedges. The battery charger is quite large but does charge quickly.

Easy to use and long lasting waterproofer
2 of 2 found this helpful Have used Flexacryl a number of times over a few years. It is a thick liquid with embedded fibres, helping it to go on thickly and bridge small gaps. It sticks to just about anything and dries to a slightly spongy consistency which means it can move with the underlying material and doesn't crack.
No need to prime the area to be waterproofed - just remove loose material and dust. Apply with a cheap brush and throw the brush away afterwards. Although the tin says it can be used on wet surfaces it doesn't stick well if the surface is wet, so much better to wait until the surface is dry.
As it is thick it isn't affected by rain once applied. Drying can take a day or so, but once dry it is tough and lasts well. I have overpainted it but don't know if the paint will last due to the flexible nature of Flexacryl.
I've used it on lead, felted and corrugated cement roofs, window frames, concrete, wood and bricks and it has never failed to perform. Excellent product.
