Fresh dried and flavoursome
Sometimes when I buy dried herbs they don't taste great, they taste stale but this thyme (excuse the pun) was perfect. I've used it in all kinds of ways e.g. soups, stews, saute & roast potatoes, chicken, steaks, pasta sauce, pies. I think this is a 5 star product because it has a fresh taste (even though it's dried), it gives amazing flavour to your food if used correctly.
