Exactly as advertised
The advert for these strings say that they can help with intonation. I fitted them to a cheap Vintage made concert uke fitted with black strings, and the difference is amazing. This uke was out of tune from day one but is now ( to my ear ) perfect. I also bought a set for my soprano uke but noticed the bridge was tipping and top top was bowing in, (left stored during lock down on my damp cabin cruiser) so I did not fit them. I will definitely hold onto them for when I get a new soprano uke, and replace the strings if the uke is not in good tune. Definitely recommend them.
