2 of 2 found this helpful I have an old exterior cast iron pipe that had a crack about 4 inches running inside it . It has an odd inside diameter,as the pipe is running through a pier there is no way I could access it so I came up with this idea and since fitted the dampness has disappeared,it probably wasn’t meant for this but it works ok for me.
