Didn't last long...overpriced!

It just broke...finished...it didn't even last two years! It took a while for the water to start heating up. The handle got rather sticky over time. And for that it didn't last long it's totally overpriced. In fact I believe I ought to be given a replacement! The only redeeming feature is the design... but it doesn't heat up the water!
