Great diagnostic tool

I own a Volvo S40 2.4i (2006). I've had a long standing engine management light which has been more on than off for a year. Did something about it and purchased the VGate diagnostic tool. Simple and easy instructions in English to follow. Once set to manufacture details...very easy went through diagnostics. Pin pointed 1 code. To lean and Potential MAF problem. This basic information shows on the tool. Went online for further analysis of code on Volvo forum which pin pointed issue. Cleaned MAF with some TLC and checked for system related air leaks...and here we are all done. Reset system using tool and some 3 days later all ok. If it comes back have confidence to know what it is and pin point any problems or at least narrow them down. This should save a lot of money compared with forums I've seen where hundreds spent and still a problem. For the low price, very pleased.
