  We had a fairly severe issue as Bobby's employee made a posting from a previous listing which included a rare option. This item didn't have it. Bobby owned up to the problem immediately on notification and made things right by refunding the cost of the option (based on my estimate), no questions asked. It turned a bad transaction into something totally reasonable and so this is a 5 star transaction in my book. And the item he did send was great. I'm happy to do business with Bobby any time.
