  Thanks, the piece is exactly as expected. EVRI managed to destroy the packaging but the Bear was thankfully undamaged, it fell into my hand when I picked the box up from my doorstep. Nothing you could have done differently from what I saw and your careful bible wrapping certainly prevented damage.

  Seller never paid the correct postage, I had to pick up the difference…. Birthday present missed, then get told by seller that he/she has used another persons description…… that is there site! Plate plus bowl as per her listing….guess what no bowl. I went to find out how much to send back including the packaging £18 for recorded delivery….. really!!!! Seller is saying I am agresive….not at all pointing out fact…. Try the trades description act!!!!
