Item was shipped 1 day late, seller did not advise prior to that item would be shipped late. Package was received after several weeks marked “ received without contents”. I’m currently in a dispute which is ridiculous to have to dispute something that was marked received without contents. I paid for a bracelet and received an empty package after waiting for weeks.

We have no control over what happens when a buyer opens this type of claim with their Credit Card Company. Ebay handles all of it. We are also Not in control of what happens with a Package that gets Damaged by USPS. Our reviews speak for themselves. 99.9% of customers have Zero problems are Supremely Happy with their purchases.
