  messaged buyer after delivery with no response. with regards to collection, communication was good. when trying to get info about the chairs they had to be pressed to send pictures, I should have taken this as a sign. the brown chair in the listing was fine and as described, the 2 red chairs aren't the colour they are depicted in the photos and the wear and tear is far greater than the photos would have had me believe. should have been upfront about condition on listing and then when asked.
