The product is ok for small holes no larger than 1/4" on clear flat areas not near and stitching.
The heating methodology is useless..too flimsy and requires the hands of a surgeon.

I purchased for a specific use given the voltage range..the appliance works fine this adapter does not.

My lab is 105lbs this is perfect because his hips need a very high volume so this is highly concentrated...perfect.
