  Very good comms with seller and very agreeable deal once offer accepted and finance organised. On receipt of item (original box and itself in as new condition) found all screws on underside loose, poorly fitting cover and noisy cooling fan. (Access to upgrade SSD etc had been required) As no returns accepted had no choice but to attempt reseating and fixing of cover myself. (Luckily previous IT experience) but a noisy fan may get worse thus spoil what is a nice unit and initially a good deal
