Take your bbq to the next level
If you're into bbq or looking to learn, then this is almost essential to help you cook your meat to perfection. Slow cooking in a smoker is a lot easier if you can monitor the food temperature and bbq temperature at the same time as well as being able to do this remotely. The bbq probe is quite sensitive, and can detect when you've had the door open to add extra charcoal or baste the food. This can panic you into thinking that you've lost the bbq temperature but you'll soon get used to it. The food probe is the star performer, it's very accurate so trust it and you'll have great tasting food.

Ultimate time saver
If you're not a pro painter or maybe have to spray in less than ideal conditions then you'll sometimes come up against runs, sags, or dust nibs. It's all too easy when sanding down a run to go through the paint layer either side, but by using this little tool you can shave off the high spot with ease. Just by lightly drawing the blade across the surface, you can remove the blemishes then wet sand and buff to a perfect surface. Can save you literally hours. Keep in the pouch when not in use to protect from damage as dropping it onto a hard surface will likely ruin the fine cutting edge.
