Good product at reasonable price
Good active fermentation when added to sauerkraut, showing viability of bacteria. Makes it tasty with a 'creamy' feel and flavour.

Of course, what I'd prefer to buy would be an amount of wick which can be cut to size, inserted into a decent atomiser, and used indefinitely, hence reducing waste and altering the ridiculous throwaway industry mindset which keeps us coming back for more of the same.
