OK
these do what they are supposed to but make sure you ensure you are getting full length thread before you order.however as I don't use all the washers and nuts supplied I now have about 9oo M8 nuts and washers gathering dust!

Too small to be of much use
Work OK and average quality (made in China) however they are too small to be of any real use for welding - go for the 6" ones.

Got all the bits you might need
As above it is an accessory kit but I think the joining bar should be supplied when one buys an extension track - useless otherwise and this makes you buy a £27 kit for a bit of 12mm wide x 8mm thick bit of steel with 4 grub screws worth about £5 at the most. Good quality but I also made a join strip before the kit arrived so if you know what you are doing ........
