  Exceptional Seller! I asked for Click and Collect delivery for my item and was immediately obliged. My item arrived in a beautifully packaged box with foam and tissue paper creating a nest for it to sit in during transit. The seller carefully wrapped each small component in cling film and cushioned with packing peanuts around. Receiving the box filled me with joy, and unraveling each lovingly wrapped piece filled me with excitement as if it were birthday and Christmas rolled into one! Thank you!

  Overall good experience. The shipping took longer than expected and I wish the seller would have sent it with tracked shipping. Even though there was a tracking number it didn’t track because they sent it with the cheapest postage. We ended up receiving it a few days later than expected and the product looked good. It was packed well and the person we gave it to for their bday loved it! It was sold at a great price and was as described.
