Top Carry all Day compact with faultless pictures. The best Holiday camera
1 of 1 found this helpful Having used the X10 for a couple of years I upgraded to X20. The extra info in the view finder is very helpful as sometimes you can't quite see all the detail on LCD in very bright conditions. In my opinion this is still the best fixed lens compact on the market delivering exceptional pictures for a relatively small sensor 10/10

Basic bokken saya
Fits my standard daito bokken ok with slight grip.
Mouth koiguchi is not finished well but ok.
Saegeo fit point is hollow and feels week not sure how long this will last in training. Improvements could be made to make it more robust.

Easy to handle mega zoom High build quality
3 of 3 found this helpful This long zoom has proven to be easy to handle being fairly short and has a zoom creep lock unlike some earlier models. Reasuringly heavy giving a quality feel.
The build quality seems very robust and operates smoothly. Balances well with my Nikon D300. The OS makes it possible to hand hold at max zoom and get very good results. Supported on a tripod this lens has given me exellent results and to me is a great all round long telephoto for nature and wildlife shooting at a more affordable price. As long as the light levels are reasonable the higher apeture of this lens has not proven to be a problem.
Overall a good compramise over price and usability for the enthusiast wildlife photographer.
