Only one Blu-ray

It's an outstanding product, no question about it. Arrow does fantastic work. But one thing was not clear to me from the description. Only the first disc (theatrical cut) is a Blu-ray. Discs two and three (director's/Argento cuts) are DVDs. I was very disappointed to discover this upon receiving the item. This really should have been more clear from the product description.
