  Terrible buyer! Could not mark it as neutral feedback as Ebay does not offer this option This transaction was challenging. The buyer repeatedly requested a refund without allowing me the opportunity to investigate the parcel's status with Royal Mail. When I asked for supporting proof, buyer did not provide it in a timely manner, which led me to escalate the issue with eBay. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this buyer based on this experience.

  Questionable Seller! Item purchased 27/2. Item received 17/3. I had to travel to sorting office to collect and pay as insufficient postage had been paid for by the seller. I contacted the seller 18/3 to inform them of the situation. Seller asked for “roof”18/3. I sent photo proof via email (can evidence)18/3 and with photo proof via ebay 19/3. Seller raised issue with ebay who found in my favour. Seller posted unpleasant "positive" feedback. Unpleasant and time consuming experience.
