I can't understand why Ebay are now limiting the options for rating the supplier to just "item description" when dispatch time and seller communication are also important. I imagine they do their best to keep sellers on their platform and limiting the ways that buyers can "make informed decisions" but I digress. All that aside, this was a great seller. Item received in great condition, well packaged and quick delivery. Will definitely use again.

The book itself is 'classic' Sapolsky, packed with gems of interesting insight underpinned by a dense array of research and analysis/commentary. I am not a natural scientist and yet Sapolsky manages to distil a wide range of erudite learning into an engaging and comprehensible read.

Amazing customer service in every way. The book was a great price and postage was free. It arrived promptly as stated two days later. Somehow the delivery address was given as my old address which was my fault. I contacted them at about 8 p.m. Was given a response immediately and they asked me for the correct address. What I'm looking for beyond all else is a seller who packs books adequently to help avoid any damage in transit and I'm pleased to say that this item was superbly bubble wrapped and packed and arrived in perfect condition along with another book I'd ordered at the same time. In addition this sellers books are very competitively priced and could not be beaten by another popular online shopping channel (shares a name with a South American river). Would recommend and will be using this seller again
