  Not happy with this seller. Asked before posting that they were packaged well as we are collectors yet multiple arrived damaged. Sent seller pictures and they accepted return. Once they were sent back seller then decided there was not much damage at all and that basically I was overreacting despite the multiple dents and rips. Blamed me for them losing money on the return and patronised me saying next time consider the damages that may occur in postage before buying. Not impressed at all.

  This buyer requested a discounted price on a bulk purchase of boxed figurines which I was happy to offer. I wrapped the contents carefully however the buyer claimed that the box was mishandled. The issue with this transaction was resolved and full refund was issued in prompt time. The negative feedback is unnecessary and statements within are untrue.
