Great product -- Great value
This product was recommended as a supplement for a low carb, high fiber, high protein nutrition program. It is especially useful because those of us who depended on high glycemic carbs to produce bursts of energy can now use this product without the sugar crashes.

Great size for a small kitchen and great price for a small budget!
2 of 2 found this helpful This island is the perfect size for our needs. The only real issue we had assembling it was that the holes for the screws needed on the door hinges and magnets were quite small and, when we tried to install the screws the screw heads came off. We ended up gluing the hinges and magnets. When we used the rest of the screws we drilled the holes out just a little bit so the screws could be installed with a little less pressure. Problem solved!
