Problem Solving through Problems by Loren C. Larson (Paperback, 1992)
    06 Feb, 2019
    It's OK, but not great.
I bought the book because I was curious about the title. There are many books better than this one.. If you want to sit for Math. competitions, read other books..
Schaums Outline of Theory and Problems of State Space and Linear Systems

    Good book
It is a good book for anyone wants to know what state space is. It has many worked examples. State space method is important, it takes Laplace transform to the next level.
Operations Research: An Introduction By Hamdy A. Taha. 9780131889231
    22 Aug, 2019
It is a very good textbook, if you like optimization of business world.
Taha's OR is a well known book. The first edition was published in the 70s by Macmillan publisher with a red soft cover. In the first edition, he also included geometry programming. The textbook was used by the department of Industrial Engineering, UNSW at that time, those lecturers teaching the subjects have either passed away or retired long time ago. Professor Taha is still standing tall - its quite remarkable.
