Flimsy holder that does not fit a surface book 4

This product is a great idea as otherwise the SD card HOLDER sticks out and will no doubt get broken. I bought the baseQI, and put it straight in. It does not quite fit the hole in a surface book 4 so it went in too far and would not read the card. I spent one hour trying to get it out using you tube clips of how to do it without ruining a very expensive brand new computer. I have not been game to put it in again. It’s junk to me now.
