  Ages to post, then never delivered, (apparently lost) but no proof of postage, messed about for couple of weeks over refund. Eventually raised a case and PayPal refunded me. Dreadful comms and service, was made out like as the buyer I had to chase refund. Things get lost but at the end of the day , it's a sellers responsibility.
