  The seller then held the refund after the item was returned because they claim the returned item is not theirs. Case pending. This has been a very annoying and frustrating transaction. They packed the item in a paper shipper and stuffed with 2 other USPS priority mail shippers as padding (on for the top and one for the bottom of the trophy). During transit the trophy was handled roughly and as a result the top was damaged from an impact. Should have shipped in a cardboard box with packing.
