Seller is Great
2 of 2 found this helpful But this being the 3rd Google Doorbell Battery that's been defective, I can safely state that it's this new version/Model. And it's not Returnable. So, with 2 different installers (1 Certified Electrician and 1 OnTech installer who made me return my Brand New 24V Transformer and buy OnTech's at 16V Transf. He was insisting that 7Vs would power both doorbells and I didn't need an upgrade which contradicts everything written about wiring these. $50. I had to take a 70% loss on the 24V. These are not meant for out side use in an sub/Urban setting. Doesn't want to record much activity bc it defaults to Battery and Plugged In. It's not plugged in. Thus, to date, I've thrown away- wasted- $400 on the new Google Doorbell Battery.
Seller is Great even though they do not accept Returns. eBay won't either bc I outside the date. Google won't bc I bought it on eBay. I have a Brand New Nest Hello outside in back backdoor- not one single issue with the Nest installed August 8. I have no security and no doorbell.
