Not What Its Cracked Up To Be

When I bought my soundbar I wasn't told I would need a cable... majorly annoyed at that... when I got the cable 2 problems 1 it doesn't stay in properly 2 the sound has to be on 38 to hear anything. So no not what I expected... ended up having to buy clips to hold the blooming cable in.
