Fit for purpose

It's well made and the handle can be changed quickly if it gets damaged or for making sharpening easier

Worth the money

Having now used it a few times since I wrote my last review. I cam say that this scythe is very much fit for purpose, it swings really nice and the results are mostly down to how you grind the blade - primary at 19degrees with a secondary at 21degrees - it takes a fair bit of effort to get it there but it's worth it Really nice tool
