  I received an eBay message 4 days after paying that my order had been canceled: "there was an issue with the buyer's shipping address" is the reason provided by the seller. I found this odd, because I ordered and received (2) other eBay items with no issue to my shipping address in the same month. There was no effort on the seller's end to reach out and communicate any issues with the address, or to provide insight prior to canceling like other sellers have done. Very poor experience.

  When creating a label Ebay provided an error message - left a note when cancelling the order for the buyer. Did not consider following up on a $45 cancelled order as we felt we provided sufficient messaging in the original cancellation. We were not aware that our original note did not reach the buyer and apologize for the inconvenience this caused the buyer.
