whiting silver grade grizzly cape
Whiting is the top of the cape industry in my opinion. I know of no other cape in which the stems are so narrow and straight and long and the barbels so dense. The extra money you pay for the bronze through gold capes easily saves in the long run for the number of flies you get from a cape. Except for the adams (unless you can find cree) and other flies requiring two different color hackles it's no problem tying most flies with a single feather.
