    A mix up on the seller's part leading to a delay and partial refund for one unit, finally culminating in a total refund as goodwill despite shipping one unit. I can't fault the seller's proactive approach, yet they really didn't need to refund me for the total amount as I eventually received one unit. The item looked brand new and shrink wrapped, however I haven't been able to get it to work (I will assume user error). I can do nothing but wholeheartedly recommend this seller and their actions
